• Parking Procedure: You must call CPS on the number given on your booking form as soon as possible after the booking has been made and no later than 7 days before arriving at the airport. The information they require is: name, Your booking reference, car details, flight numbers and times, and terminal of departure. They will confirm all arrangements with you and advise of any supplements payable. (e.g Bank Holiday dates, and out of hours etc - see below in other info) On the day of departure, drive to your departure terminal where an uniformed chauffeur is waiting to take your car to the car park. Your exact meeting point will be advised by CPS when booking is reconfirmed.
• Retrieval Procedure: Your car will be waiting at the terminal for you on your return.
• Directions: Gatwick Airport is at Junction 9 of the M23 and on the A23 London � Brighton road. The M25 is just 10 minutes drive away from Junction 9, M23. Drive directly to North terminal by following signs.
